Frequently asked questions
We take approximately 1-3 business days to process and then ship out standard orders. For custom orders, it will take approximately 5-10 business days to be made and then to be shipped out. Please note that we do not work on weekends.
As of current, we only ship domestically within the United States. If we continue to grow, we will consider accommodating orders outside of the United States in the future.
Cancellations are accepted if your order has not yet been processed. You must send a cancellation request email to us via the cancellation form, and await a cancellation confirmation if your request is accepted.
We use USPS standard mailing for our shipping. Rates and time may vary depending on your location. Shipping fee will either be calculated at checkout, or free shipping will be automatically applied if your order exceeds $35.
We do not work on weekends and on the seven following major holidays:
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (First Monday in September)
- Veterans Day (November 11)
- Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
Please understand that if you choose to order during any of these off-days, your order will be delayed by a few days.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges because many of our items are made to order.
